America's #1 ESA & PSD platform

Everything the category promised, actually built

Most sites in this field sell you a document and disappear. We built the parts nobody else bothered with: legal coverage for every jurisdiction in the country, clinicians licensed where you actually live, and a letter your landlord can check for themselves. Here are the figures behind that, so you can hold us to them.

51 US jurisdictions with their own written guide — all fifty states and the District
58 Primary legal sources the research engine is allowed to draw on
63 Pages in the Resource Center, each one written independently
0 Phrases repeated between any two of them, across 1,953 comparisons

Six things a complete platform needs

Every one of these exists today. Most of the field has one or two.

Law for where you live Not a generic page with your state's name dropped in. Every jurisdiction gets its own guide, written around what actually goes wrong there. 51 of 51 covered
Research that cannot invent Ask a question and the answer is assembled from checked sources. Anything the engine cannot attribute is removed before it reaches your screen. Every citation checked
A document that proves itself Each letter carries its own serial number and a code you can scan. Whoever is deciding about your home can confirm it came from us without telephoning anybody. Checkable in seconds
Clinicians licensed in your state The professional signing your paperwork holds a licence covering the place you live, and their credential appears on the document itself. Per-state, per-letter
Health information handled properly Clinical records sit behind access controls, two-factor sign-in, and storage rules that shut the door rather than fail quietly. Built to refuse, not to hope
Progress you can watch A mobile application with message alerts, so you are not refreshing an inbox wondering whether anything has moved. iOS, Android and web

Why our research tool behaves differently

General-purpose chatbots answer housing questions from memory, and memory invents statutes that were never passed. Ours is not permitted to work that way. It runs a fixed sequence — sort the question, pull matching records, check those records resolve, compose against them, then attribute every claim.

The attribution step is the one that matters. Each source handed to the model carries a handle, and the model may only reference the handles it was given. Any reference to something outside that set is deleted from the reply before a reader ever sees it.

A record whose address fails to resolve is likewise never dressed up as authority. It is simply not offered. The result is duller than an unconstrained assistant and considerably more useful: you can follow every statement back to a published document.

That discipline is why we are comfortable putting a research tool in front of people making decisions about their home. The failure mode of a confident invention here is somebody losing a tenancy.

What happens between paying and holding a letter

Five stages. The third is the one competitors skip.

The parts of the platform, and what each is for

The Resource Center Sixty-three pages covering every jurisdiction and the recurring subjects underneath them. Each written from scratch, which is why no two share a phrase — a property we test automatically and publish the result of.
The research tool Ask in plain language and receive a reply attributed to published law. It streams while it works, showing the stage it has reached, and it names what it relied on.
The clinical network Professionals credentialed state by state, with several holding licences across multiple states. The paperwork is issued under whichever licence covers your address.
The verification service An open page where anyone holding one of our documents can confirm it is genuine. Names are obscured, so confirming validity never exposes private detail.
The privacy programme A published set of practices covering what we keep, who may see it, how long it survives and how to have it destroyed, written in language a person can actually read.
The state network Locally branded services across the country, each carrying the same clinical standards and the same verification behind whatever name appears on the door.

Why the rest of the field looks the way it does

This category was built in a hurry around a single transaction: take a payment, return a PDF, move on. That model works commercially because the buyer discovers the gaps months later, at the point of a dispute, when the seller is long out of contact.

Everything difficult sits after that transaction. Proving a document is real. Knowing what your particular state adds. Having somebody answer when a management company writes back with a demand nobody warned you about. Those problems require ongoing machinery, and machinery is expensive to build for a one-off sale.

We built it anyway, because those are the moments that determine whether any of this was worth buying. A letter that cannot be checked is worth very little to the person being asked to accept it, and that person is the entire audience.
