A Practice-Friendly Way to Do
Meaningful Clinical Work
Total Schedule Control
Pick up cases when it suits you — evenings, weekends, between sessions. There are no minimums and nothing to clock into.
Reliable Per-Case Pay
You're paid a clear, competitive rate for every case you complete, with dependable payouts — a steady add-on to your existing income.
Compliance Handled For You
Encrypted records, consent capture, and full audit trails are built into the platform — the administrative burden stays off your plate.
Cases Arrive Pre-Screened
Clients complete validated PHQ-9 and GAD-7 screeners before a case reaches you, so what lands in your queue is already relevant to review.
Real People Behind You
A dedicated support team is one message away — from your first day of onboarding through every case you take on.
One Simple Dashboard
Letter signing, case notes, secure client messaging, and scheduling all live in a single clean workspace — no juggling separate tools.
From Application
to First Case in Days
Onboarding is intentionally short. There's no drawn-out waiting list and no stack of paperwork — apply, get your credentials verified, and start reviewing cases, often within a few business days.
Start Your ApplicationSubmit Your Application
Fill out the short online registration form — professional details, license info, and credentials. Most clinicians finish in about five minutes.
Credential Verification
We confirm your license and review your documentation. Verification typically wraps up within one to two business days.
Account Activation
After approval we switch on your therapist portal, send your login, and give you a quick orientation to the workspace.
Start Reviewing Cases
Cases land in your queue. From one dashboard you review the client's assessments, hold a consultation if needed, and sign off on documentation.
Most clinicians get ESA requests
but have no system to handle them
Without structure, you turn clients away, write letters from a blank page, or store sensitive records in email. A standardized workflow keeps your documentation consistent, defensible, and audit-ready.
Going it alone leaves gaps
- No intake template — every case starts from scratch
- No compliance prompts — records may not hold up to board review
- No audit trail — you reconstruct files if a letter is questioned
- No secure infrastructure — client data scattered across inboxes
- No legal formatting — letters may miss current FHA or state language
The platform handles the structure
- Structured clinical intake is collected before you open the case
- You can't approve without recording your own clinical reasoning
- Every action is timestamped and stored — a complete audit trail
- HIPAA-compliant platform with BAA, encryption & secure messaging
- Letters are built with FHA language and state-specific addenda

A purpose-built clinician dashboard — clean, fast, and organized around how you actually review a case.
Review the case, record your reasoning, decide
The client's structured intake sits beside your clinical notes. You document your rationale, then approve or deny — nothing is automated for you.
Client Intake
Your Clinical Notes
Approval generates a signed, HIPAA-compliant PDF letter in your name in seconds.
What's saved in your clinical record for every approval
If a licensing board ever requested the file, this is what they'd see — assembled automatically the moment you approve.
Client Intake
Full symptom history, functional impact, and housing situation as submitted by the client.
Impairment Statement
Your written description of how the client's condition limits major life activities.
Therapeutic Rationale
Your clinical reasoning for why a support animal addresses the identified impairment.
DSM-5 Code (optional)
Recorded only if you choose to include one — not required under the FHA.
Approval Timestamp
Date, time, and your clinician ID — permanently logged and unalterable.
License on File
Your license type, number, and state — verified at onboarding and shown on the letter.
Clients waiting in all 50 states
Review remote cases from wherever you're licensed. The more states you hold an active license in, the more cases reach your queue.
Eligibility Requirements
We work with licensed mental health professionals in good standing in any U.S. state. Here's what we look for before activating your account.
Not sure if you qualify? Submit your application anyway — our team will review your credentials and reach out with any questions.

Your clinical judgment is the product
Most licensed clinicians ignore networks like this for a sound reason: they assume the job is to rubber-stamp. If that were the arrangement, the letters would be worthless to the client and the exposure would be yours. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to instead.
No approval quota, ever
There is no target issue rate and no internal metric that rewards approving. Nobody reviews your decline rate.
Support staff cannot overrule you
Customer support can chase paperwork and scheduling. It has no route to change, appeal or escalate a clinical decision.
Your reasoning is recorded
Each case keeps the assessment, your notes and the basis for your conclusion, so the file defends itself if a board or a court ever asks.
Declining is paid work
You are compensated for the review you performed, not for the outcome you reached. Saying no costs you nothing.
