Payment covers a professional evaluation and the service surrounding it. It does not purchase an approval. The reviewing clinician exercises independent judgment and may approve, decline, request more information, or recommend a different form of care.
Equally, we cannot guarantee what a third party will do with an approved document. A landlord, HOA, university, employer or airline reaches its own decision under its own process. A valid, verifiable letter puts you in the strongest position — it does not compel an outcome.
No registry, certification or public-access claim
There is no federal registry of emotional support animals or service dogs, and we do not operate one. Any card, certificate or badge available through this service is an optional convenience record. It creates no legal status and never substitutes for a clinician's letter.
We make no claim that an emotional support animal carries ADA public-access rights. Service dog status arises from individual task training, not from documentation, and we do not train, test or certify any animal.
